Exhibiting

Exhibiting is always one of the best ways to showcase your products or services with one of our 6 or 14 foot table top
exhibiting space. Professionals and families value the opportunity to personally review quality products, programs
and services that may be beneficial to them in creating successful results for students with LD/ADHD at school and in
their communities. Exhibiting also gives them a chance to have a hands-on experience that will provide the greatest
exposure for your company or organization, as well as a personal touch through your on-site representative. To
provide the most exposure for your exhibit, we have scheduled in the Exhibit Hall 3 full hours of face-to-face time with
the attendees during our registration breakfast, 3 specific exhibit breaks, lunch and the Exhibitor’s Door Prize

In addition to exhibiting, we offer Advertising space in our two-time Award Winning Conference Program Binder that is
given to each attendee. Advertising is another great way to keep your product or service and contact information
available year round. Our final conference program is compiled into a 3 ring binder, with color coded sections of
conference materials and a “Yellow Pages” section of Full and Half-page advertisements. Our Advertisement rates
are by far the most cost efficient way of reaching your potential clients over leaving out take-a-way catalogs on a
table. To give you an example of your cost savings, if you supply us with 350 catalogs at say $1.00 each, you would
have $350 plus shipping. Just one Full page Ad at the early bird rate of $130 will you save you over $220 and you
will have reached each and every attendee all year long!
